Prof Holy Joseph Holenu Mangenda is based in the Department of Urban Planning and Environment at the University of Kinshasa/DR Congo. He is part of the Network of Excellence for Land Governance in Central Africa (NELGA) Central Africa management team. He specialises in land use planning, urban development and environment. He is also an expert in urban sanitation and sustainable development.
