Dr Justine Ayuk Etah is a gender and development Lecturer and consultant with over fifteen year of teaching and eight years of consultancy experiences. She holds a PhD in Gender and Development from the University of Buea, and has been teaching in the Women and Gender Studies Department of the same university since April 2010. She also serves as gender consultant with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and United Nations African Institute for Economic Development and Planning (IDEP) Dakar, Senegal. She is also vising professor of the United Nations Mandated University for Peace - Africa Program (Upeace-Africa Program) where she facilitates courses on social research methodology and gender, peace and human security at both MA and PhD levels. Her research interest focuses on gender and development related issues - gender and climate change, gender and the economy, gender and governance, and gender and household analysis, etc.
