Karin Kleinbooi is currently a Senior Programme Manager at Solidaridad Southern Africa. She holds an M.Phil in Land and Agrarian Studies. Areas of interest are land and agrarian transformation in the Southern African region and continentally. She is a development advocate with a work record and network, that spans over a 24 year period. She understands the current legal and policy frameworks in which land, agriculture and rural transformation are taking place and her policy work focuses on contributing to an enabling policy environment for smallholder farmers and land beneficiaries to sustain their livelihoods.
