I am a researcher with a deep interest in land, land rights and land relations in the South Asian context, particularly India. My doctoral research is an ethnographic inquiry into the conditions of landlessness adivasis or Scheduled Tribe populations of Telangana experience. In doing so, I examine the impact of land distribution and land restoration policy, and claims-making practices.
