Este documento contiene una propuesta que te servirá para conducir una escuela dirigida a fortalecer las capacidades de mujeres que luchan por la tenencia segura de la tierra y la vivienda urbanas. Esta guía rescata las enseñanzas de la Escuela de Mujeres Líderes en Tenencia Segura del Proyecto "Mejorando el acceso a tierras urbanas y el derecho a la propiedad para mujeres y familias excluidas en Bolivia", liderado por Hábitat para la Humanidad (HPH), y que fue ejecutado entre 2010 y 2015.

As the world is urbanizing, many cities are grappling with a population that is growing rapidly, thereby increasing demand for land and housing. This pressure on land and housing markets often is exacerbated by inappropriate or inadequate policies. The result is a supply of well-located land and housing that falls well short of demand and the proliferation of poorly serviced informal settlements, many of which are located far from jobs, city services and amenities.

Le présent décret détermine les modalités d'application de l'ordonnance n° 2013-481 du 2 juillet 2013 fixant les règles d'acquisition de propriété des terrains urbains. La pleine propriété des terrains urbains du domaine de l'Etat est conférée uniquement par un arrêté de concession définitive. L'arrêté de concession définitive est obligatoirement publié au Livre foncier. Pour toute parcelle urbaine située en dehors de lotissements approuvés, seul le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme prend l'arrêté de concession définitive sur toute l’étendue du territoire.

The present Act is a piece of companion legislation to the Federal Sechelt Indian Band Self-Government Act and provides for provincial recognition of the Sechelt Indian Government District. The ministry is responsible for section 4, which makes the district eligible for municipal benefits. The rest of the Act is the responsibility of the Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation. The text consists of 8 sections.

The purposes of the present Act are to enable the Sechelt Indian Band to establish and maintain self-government for itself and its members on Sechelt lands and to obtain control over and the administration of the resources and services available to its members. Section 5 establishes that the Sechelt Indian Band is hereby established to replace the Indian Act Sechelt Band.
