Hen Mpoano

Hen Mpoano (Hɛn Mpoano) is a not-for-profit organization legally registered in Ghana since 2013 and based in Takoradi in the Western Region. Between 2009 to 2013, we existed and operated as Coastal Resources Center- Ghana, with affiliation to the Coastal Resources Center of the University of Rhode Island, USA. During this period, we led the implementation of the USAID-funded Integrated Coastal and Fisheries Governance (ICFG) Initiative for the Western Region of Ghana.

 

ClientEarth

ClientEarth is an environmental law charity, with offices in London, Brussels, Warsaw, Berlin, and Beijing. It was founded in 2008 by James Thornton. As lawyers and environmental experts, they use the law to hold governments and other companies to account over climate change, nature loss and pollution

In 2017, ClientEarth was named the most effective environmental group by green leaders. In 2012 BusinessGreen gave ClientEarth its NGO of the Year award. In 2013 ClientEarth was awarded the Law Society's LSA Award for Excellence in Environmental Responsibility.

Friends of the Nation (FoN) is a non-profit-making, non-governmental organization (NGO) involved in socio-environmental advocacy that was established in October 1993 and headquartered in Adiembra in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region of Ghana.The organization has three program areas namely, Natural Resources Management, Community Development and Enterprise Development.

Conservation Strategy Fund

Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) was founded in 1998 on the conviction that economics is a critical element for transforming conservation efforts around the world by revealing the true tradeoffs of development, demonstrating the values of nature, and generating financially viable environmental solutions. In those early days, we held one course per year, and focused our analytical work on dams and roads in the Amazon rainforest.

KEHATI Foundation

The presence of the Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation (KEHATI) since 12 January 1994 was intended to collect and manage resources which were then distributed in the form of grants, facilitation, consultation and various other facilities to support various biodiversity conservation programs in Indonesia and their use in a fair and sustainable manner. RUDEC

The Rural Development Centre (RUDEC) is a Community based Organization with a mission to promote Private/Public Partnership in the deep countryside of the South West Region of Cameroon. 

It was created in 1995 and filed for official approval in August, 2002 in accordance with Law No 92/006 of August 14th and its Decree of Implementation No. 92/455/PM of 23rd November 1992 in Cameroon relating to the creation of Cooperatives and Common Initiative Groups.
