El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 26.737 en tema de protección del dominio nacional sobre la propiedad, posesión y tenencia de tierras rurales. El Decreto establece disposiciones detalladas en materia de determinación de la titularidad de las tierras, controles que puede ejercer el Registro Nacional de Tierras Rurales, acreditación de la residencia permanente en el país, certificado de habilitación para los actos de transferencia de derechos de propiedad o derechos posesorios.

This Act makes provision in respect of trusts and trustees and various provisions deal with rights in land and mortgages on land. The Act, among other things, specifies authorized investments, defines powers and duties of trustees, provides rules for the purchase and sale by trustees and defines powers of court in respect of trusts and trustees and in particular where a trustee entitled to or possessed of any land.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 6 concerning authorization requirements; article 18 laying down provisions relating to foreclosure auction proceedings; article 28 on Land Transfer Commission.

This Act makes provision with respect to validation of dispositions relating to land in The Bahamas made by or to a foreign company not registered under the Foreign Companies Act.

This Act concerns restrictions on sales and leases of immovable property to persons who are not citizens of the Seychelles. Lease or purchase by a non-citizen requires permission of the Minister. In considering such permission, the Minister shall take into consideration specified criteria including if purchase is in the interest of Seychelles. A transaction carried out without the sanction of the Minister shall be unlawful and void and rights that were subject of the transaction shall be forfeited to the Republic.

This Act provides rules for the registration of rights in land in the Seychelles. There shall be a Land Registry and an (appointed) Land Registrar. The Act also concerns the effect of registration, conversion of qualified title into absolute title, co-ownership and partition of land, registration of rights held by foreigners and the form of transfer of various rights in lands. The provisions of this Act shall apply to usufructuary interests in the same manner as they apply to leases.

L’article 1er de la présente loi établit que la présente loi limite l’acquisition d’immeubles par des personnes à l’étranger dans le but de prévenir l’emprise étrangère sur le sol suisse. The present Law implements the Federal Act on acquisition of land by persons abroad of 16 December 1983.. Article 1 establishes that the acquisition of land shall be authorized if this serves as principal residence. The present Decision implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on the acquisition of land by persons abroad (Foreign Land Acquisition Introductory Law) of 26 April 1987. In particular, the Decision fixes the amount of fees to be paid for acquisition of land by persons abroad in the Canton Appenzell-Innerrhoden. The text consists of 2 articles.
