This Act, consisting of 41 sections and completed by two Schedules, provides also for the management of the land vested in Aboriginal Corporations.The sections of this Act are divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Vesting of Condah Land and Framlingham Forest (II); Management of Condah land (III); Management of Framlingham Forest (IV); Mining (V); Trust Funds (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).On the commencement of this Act, Framlingham Forest, shall be vested in the Kirrae Whurrong Aboriginal Corporation.

These Regulations provide for: (a) the form in which applications made under subsection 61[2] of the Act are to be made, and (b) the servicing of documents in relation with legal proceedings. An application under subsection 61[2] is an application for the determination of native title made to the Registrar of the National Native Title Tribunal. They are amended by giving new rules for the exemption of fees for the granting of applications and the inspection of Registers. Regulation 17 which provides for the calculation of fees is replaced by a new regulation.

The Principal Order is amended by substituting the word "Chairman" wherever it appears in the Order for the word "President". Paragraph (b) of subsection 3(1) is amended by inserting at the end of thereof the words "and educated to at least Cambridge School Certificate Standard".

An Act for the recognition of the United Auburn Indian Community in California, for the restoration of rights of this tribe, and for the economic development of the tribe. Section 204 provides for the transfer of lands for the benefit of the tribe to be held in trust by the Secretary of the Interior. Nothing in this Act shall expand, reduce, or affect in any manner any hunting, fishing, trapping, gathering, or water right of the tribe or its members (sect. 202).
