The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lay down provisions relating to the charging of fees for attestation, registration and research in the Register of the domain of the State. Section 2 and 3 list the amount of fees to be paid for the various services rendered.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto crear el marco institucional necesario a fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los organismos e instituciones del Estado, del ámbito científico, educacional y técnico, así como del sector privado, relativo a contar con los datos geoespaciales necesarios para una adecuada planificación del desarrollo socioeconómico, la explotación de los recursos naturales, la protección del ambiente y la seguridad del país.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo relativo a: a) la integración, organización y funcionamiento del catastro de los bienes inmuebles; b) la forma, términos y procedimientos a que se sujetarán los trabajos catastrales; c) las obligaciones que en materia de catastro tienen los propietarios o poseedores de bienes inmuebles, así como los servidores públicos y los notarios públicos.

La presente Ley establece las reglas y principios que rigen el procedimiento especial para la regularización de predios rústicos ubicados en el Estado de Guanajuato. Se consideran predios rústicos aquellos que con tal carácter estén inscritos en el padrón catastral y estén destinados a la explotación de carácter agropecuario. Se establece un procedimiento especial para justificar la posesión como medio para acreditar el dominio de predios rústicos de propiedad particular.

This Law establishes legal grounds and the modalities of state registration of rights to immovable property and encumbrances, and also transactions related thereto with a view of recognition and protection by the state of registered rights, encumbrances and transactions. This Law shall be applicable to registration of rights related to land plots.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de los Registros Públicos, que tiene por objeto normar los procedimientos para la creación, regulación, organización, régimen administrativo, funcionamiento y procedimiento de los Registros Públicos integrados en el Sistema Nacional de Registros (SINARE).

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto organizar y redefinir las funciones, atribuciones y ámbito de competencia del Instituto Nicaragüense de Estudios Territoriales (INTER), respecto a la integración de la Dirección Superior y a las atribuciones del Secretario General.

This Order, made under section 107(1) of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, makes provision in relation to information to be made available by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland and access to the registers under the management and control of the Keeper.

This Order, for purposes of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, amends, among other things, the Land Registration Act and the Crofting Register (Transfer of Ownership) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 in relation to registration procedures and requirements for land registration and the registration of long leases.

This Order provides for the fees payable in relation to registering, recording or entering in registers under the management and control of the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, access to those registers and information made available by the Keeper.

Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If general boundaries of a plot of land displayed on cadastre or geometric plan does not correspond to effective land ownership (pedis possession) and in the absence of act of land boundary establishment at land owner’s request and at the expense of local government establishes boundaries of land plot on site”.

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the regularization of certain kinds of occupation of lands in the domain of the State. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may sell land to an occupant applying in writing and showing that the occupation of that land by him and his predecessors in title has been continuous, uninterrupted, peaceful, public, unequivocal and as owner.
