The Ministry of Taxes and Dues, on the instructions of the Government, communicates that the owner of the plot of land must be given a year's notice in the written form of the impending expropriation of the plot of land in question by the institution that has made such decision. The decision of expropriation of the plot of land for state or municipal needs must be registered by the authorized institution entitled with the official registration of the plot of land. The owner of the plot of land must be notified of the carried out registration specifying the date of it.

The head of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the status, the main tasks and competence of the territorial inspection of state geodetic survey of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography. Territorial inspection of state geodetic survey is a territorial division of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography and carries out state geodetic survey over geodetic and cartographic activity on the allotted territory. Inspection is a juridical person. The main tasks of inspection are: 1).

Article 1 authorizes to make the following amendments to the Federal Law on state registration of immovable property and its transactions: (1) Item 3 of article 7 is supplemented with the following paragraph: "President of State Auditors’ Department, his deputies and auditors of State Auditors’ Department for the purpose of ensuring the functioning of State Auditors’ Department". (2) Item 2 of article 8 is supplemented with the following paragraph: "President of State Auditors’ Department, his deputies and auditors of State Auditors’ Department".

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service (ROSKARTOGRAFIJA) is Federal Executive Body entitled with special functions (executive, control, supervision, authorizing, regulating and so on) in the field of geodetic and cartographic activity and denomination of geographic objects. ROSKARTOGRAFIJA is a specially authorized Federal Body in the field of environmental protection within the sphere of its competence as well as in the sphere of denomination of geographic objects.

Regional Act No. 34 on landscape and environment protection, and promoting viticulture.

The Regional Act makes provision on environment conservation and on the protection of the coastal zone of the territories listed in article 1. For the achievement of these aims, the Region encourages cultivation of the abandoned lands specified by article 2. Within six months from the entry into force of this Act, the regional authority shall prepare a register listing the enterprises and farms which fall within the above-mentioned areas. Registered enterprises may perform the activities defined by article 3, which are intended to improve the viticulture sector.
