Subject to the provisions of the present Order, development permissions are granted for the classes of development described as permitted development in the Schedule to this Order (art. 3). The Planning Authority has the power to restrict permitted development pursuant to article 4. Some permitted developments shall be notified in accordance with provisions of the Schedule.

This regulation implements Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act; (therein referred to the Act ) and has 4 parts. The first part refers to definitions. Part 2 deals with Range Developments. It starts by outlining restrictions on location of range developments in a community watershed as defined in section 41 (8) of the Act.(sec 3). Its further deals with seeding of soil exposed by range developments, (sec 4), and Maintenance of range developments, (sec 5). Part 3 outlines Range Practices.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of setting up and keeping up of the Federal Cartographic and Geodetic Fund. This Fund makes part of state cartographic and geodetic fund and represents the totality of geodetic, cartographic, topographic, hydrographic, aerospacial, and ground planning data of national and interdepartmental importance collected in the course of geodetic and cartographic activity and displayed in graphic, digital, photographic and other forms and subject to long-term storage.

This Decision of the Prime Minister aims at the encouragement and creation of favourable conditions for domestic organizations, households and individuals of all economic sectors as well as foreign investors to invest in the field of protection and development of aquatic breeding in order to reach objectives set out in article 1. Article 2 sets out some criteria for aquatic breeding.

Implementation Measures of the Shanxi Province on the "Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China".

These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilization of land in Shanxi. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction. Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law. Chapter 3 makes provision for comprehensive land utilization plans to be drawn up by local governments. Chapter 4 contains provisions for the protection of farmland.

Official Reply of the State Council with regard to the approval of the Land Use Plans 1997-2010 of Beijing. Beijing is the capital city of China and the political and culture center, which has large population with limited land. The Reply approves the Plans and emphasizes to strengthen the administration of land resources. By the year of 2010, the reduction of cultivated land shall not exceed 23940000 qing (= 6.6667 hectares), the basic farmland shall be 299330000 qing, the land use for construction shall be controlled within 610 square kilometers.

This Regional Decree adopts to the Autonomous Region of Azores Decree-Law No. 219/94 (concerning the coastal zone management plan). It consists of 3 articles specifying that for the Autonomous Region of Azores the competent authority entitled for the management, exploitation and conservation of: water, environment and natural resources shall be the Regional Direction for the Management and Planning of Territory and Water Resources.

Joint Circular No. 1646/2000/TTLT-TCDC-TGCP guiding the granting of land use right certificates for land areas being used by religious establishments.

Religious establishment (not defined) shall be assigned by the State land areas that they are currently using without any "readjustment thereof". Land includes agricultural and forestry land. Local authorities shall grant land use right certificates for the land on which religious buildings are constructed. Establishments receiving such certificates shall appoint legal representatives who shall be held responsible versus the State for the use of the land allocated to their organizations. Existing land disputes shall be settled prior to the granting of the certificate.
