These Regulations are concerned with the implementation in Northern Ireland of Council Directive 85/337/EC as amended by Council Directive 97/11/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private developments on the environment.

This Decree sets forth the modalities of land tenure of rural inhabited areas, in particular establishing land-use planning guidelines related to residential construction and provision of urban amenities. Expropriation and allotment of land of rural inhabited areas shall be performed by decision of local government. Land tenure and development of rural inhabited areas shall be performed in conformity with land-use planning scheme.

These Regulations make provision regarding an application for modification or discharge of an obligation entered into under a good neighbour agreement made pursuant to section 75D of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as inserted by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006). The Regulations also apply the procedures contained in the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 to appeals made under section 75F, which enables an applicant to appeal to the Scottish Ministers in certain circumstances.

This Order specifies permitted development for articles 8(3)(a) of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. That provision empowers the Minister to grant, by Order, planning permission in respect of a class or classes of development specified in the Order. The Minister may give a direction that the permission shall not apply in respect of: (a) all or any development of the Part, Class or paragraph; or (b) the change of use within the use class, specified in the direction. Some development concerns agricultural land.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las licencias urbanísticas, al reconocimiento de edificaciones, a la función pública que desempeñan los curadores urbanos y a la legalización de asentamientos humanos, en lo relacionado con el sistema de categorización para el trámite de estudio y expedición de licencias de construcción en función de su complejidad.

These Regulations contain procedural provisions in connection with certain reports submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under section 51 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 relative to reporting on accessibility of the public to coastal areas.

This Decree, consisting of 12 Chapters, approves the Regulation for the territorial planning of Mozambique for a sustainable use of the environment, and is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I), Territorial Instruments for Management System (Chap. II), National, Provincial, District, Community and General Legal Regime of Instruments (Chap. III-VII), Revision of Land planning instruments (Chap. VIII), Defense of instruments (Chap. IX), Land Expropriation (Chap. X), Monitoring and Evaluation (Chap. XI), Controls, inspections and Sanctions (Chap. XII).

This Order concerns publication of an Island Plan under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. It applies where, by virtue of article 3(3) of the Law, the Minister is required to publicize the Minister’s proposals in respect of the Island Plan or of a revision of it, and to seek representations from the public. The public may submit an initial representation in respect of the initial draft Island Plan to the Minister. An appointed inspector shall conduct examination in public.

El presente Decreto crea la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural (ADR), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

Le présent decret crée l’Agence des Zones Economiques Spéciales (AZES) et en determine les règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement. L’Agence a pour mission d’assurer l’administration, la régulation, le contrôle ainsi que le suivi des activités ayant trait à l’aménagement et à la gestion des zones économiques spéciales en République Démocratique du Congo.

La présente ordonnance crée l’Agence d’aménagement des Terres et de fourniture de l’eau d’Irrigation (ATI) dont la mission est de contribuer à la satisfaction des besoins en terres agricoles aménagées, d’appuyer la réalisation des infrastructures et équipements ruraux dans les bassins de production et d’accompagner les producteurs dans la gestion des aménagements hydro agricoles.
