La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones que regirán el proceso de ordenación del territorio en concordancia con la estrategia de desarrollo económico y social a largo plazo de la Nación.
This Regulation governs the contents and manner for the correct keeping of all documentation based on the area, spatial division or planning, as well as the content and method for related data collection.As defined by this Regulation, the National Spatial Information System is an integrated set of components for collecting, recording, storing, processing and transmitting information regarding the area/spatial/zone issues on the territory of Montenegro, also established for the purpose of monitoring over the situation in certain area and for the preparation of planning/spatial documents.
Le présent décret fixe le cadre organique (structures et effectifs) des services Régionaux et Subrégionaux des Domaines et du Cadastre.
This Regional Law shall have as its purpose ensuring the right of citizens to favorable environment, including landscape and shade gardening, planting of recreational urban forests, thus ensuring favorable conditions for vital activity of citizens, and delimits plenary powers between city state bodies, local government and municipal units in the sphere of improvement of natural environment. Objects of improvement of natural environment shall be: (a) urban land; (b) private land; (c) public and municipal land; and (d) public land with undelimited public ownership.
Le présent décret exécutif a pour objet de fixer la composition et les modalités de fonctionnement des commissions de daîra et de recours chargées de se prononcer sur de mise en conformité des constructions.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), creando la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria, responsable de la gestión estratégica en la formulación, aplicación e implementación de las políticas, programas, normas e instrumentación de acceso, distribución, redistribución, reagrupamiento, legalización y uso de la tierra integrado a planes productivos, para un uso sostenible del recurso tierra y el perfeccionamiento de la reforma agraria.

This Act released the restrictions made on any grant issued by the Crown prior to January 1, 1990. Restrictions may affect clear, cultivate, seat, enclose, dyke, repair or maintain dykes, improve, sow, plant, sow or plant specified crops or drain the land; dig a stone quarry or other mine or cut wood or employ labour in digging any stone quarry or other mine or in the cutting of wood; and keep or put neat cattle on the land.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.
This Law, which consists of 8 articles, is codified to amend and add a number of supplementary provisions to the Law of 21 June 1995 on Preserving the Land Use of Farms and Gardens. The main rules of the afore-mentioned Law on Preserving the Land Use of Farms and Gardens remain unchanged and some detailed regulations have been amended or added by this Law. In particular, the Law adds 6 articles (articles 7 to 12) to the said Law. Accordingly, providing that any public service and infrastructure in farms and gardens may be allowed only after official authorization for land use change.
El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), creando el Viceministerio de Acuacultura y Pesca, como responsable de la gestión estratégica en la aplicación de las políticas y el control de la actividad de pesca y acuacultura, a fin de lograr la preservación y manejo sustentable de los recursos pesqueros y acuícolas en todo el territorio nacional.
