This Resolution is composed of nine Chapters divided in 42 articles and three Annexes. It approves the Alvão Natural Park Management Plan (POPNAL). The Regulation lays down the management and protection objectives of the Park and classifies the land according to its possible use. Moreover, it defines zoning criteria and identifies the forbidden activities and those that need prior authorization. The Annexes provide the list of the areas falling under special protection regimes and set the criteria to be used for building infrastructure inside the protected area.

The lands described in the Schedules are designated as conservation reserves with the purpose of protecting natural heritage areas and natural features on public land and preserving traditional public land uses including wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and boating. Furthermore, Land within a conservation reserve shall not be used for mining, commercial forest harvest, hydro-electric power development, the extraction of aggregate and peat or other industrial uses. This Act consists of 44 sections and 3 Schedules. The sections are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (without number); National Resources Conservation Authority-Establishment and Functions (I); Financial Provisions, Accounts and Reports (II); Staff (III); General (IV).The National Resources Conservation Authority is established under section 3.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, en lo relacionado con la distinción entre las tierras adjudicadas que corresponden al Patrimonio Forestal del Estado, que quedan deslindadas de dicho Patrimonio, y aquellas que corresponden a los bosques y vegetación protectores que cambiarán únicamente de dominio y seguirán formando parte del mismo bosque y vegetación protector.

This Act amends the Planning and Development Act, 2000 so as to, among other things: insert a new provision in section 28 on Ministerial guidelines; insert a new provision in section 34 on assessment of applications for new development; provide for the making of the planning scheme following an appeal made under section 169; provide with respect to a determination by the Board whether the extent and character of the modification in a planning scheme would be likely to have a significant effect on the environment (within the meaning of Annex II of Directive 2001/42/EC) or on a European site;

This Act allows the Department of Agriculture to establish agricultural preserves, contains rules governing administration and establishment of preserves, grants authority to the Department to enter into contracts with landowners to limit the use of agricultural land for preservation purposes and provides for relief from the provisions of such contracts.The following lands may be included in an agricultural reserve: (a) land devoted to recreational use; (b) a wildlife habitat area; and (c) a submerged area.

This Act establishes the National Parks, Rivers and Beaches Authority, the National Parks Board and the National Parks Fund and makes provision for the establishment of national parks, their promotion, management and protection and for the acquisition of private land for purposes of establishment or maintenance of a national park or the management of private land as a national park.The Authority is established as a body corporate and shall manage all national parks and have power and control over all rivers, streams, springs, swamps, waterfalls, water pools and beaches in St.

El presente Manual de procedimientos para adquisición de terrenos dentro de áreas silvestres protegidas, tiene como objetivo dotar al Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación de un documento con el procedimiento normalizado para la consolidación del Patrimonio Natural del Estado, como una herramienta eficaz en el proceso de la adquisición de terrenos, que garantice el correcto uso de los fondos públicos destinados a compra de terrenos dentro de las Áreas Silvestres Protegidas y la igualdad en el trato a los propietarios de los mismos.

Mediante el presente instrumento estratégico el Estado de Honduras da cumplimiento a uno de los compromisos adquiridos con la ratificación del Convenio sobre Diversidad Biológica, que incluye precisamente el desarrollo de una Estrategia Nacional de Biodiversidad y su respectivo Plan de Acción.

La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Regional para el Desarrollo de la Región Interoceánica y el Plan General de Uso, Conservación y Desarrollo del Área del Canal, como instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial de la región interoceánica, para que sirvan como marco normativo a la incorporación de los bienes revertidos al desarrollo nacional, para las zonificaciones y usos del suelo en la región interoceánica que realicen los entes gubernamentales y los particulares.

This Governmental Decree regulates the issues of constitution, modification of category, validation of boundaries and cancellation of protected areas. Protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) state nature reserves; (b) state natural parks; (c) state nature monuments; (d) state nature reserves; (e) state botanical gardens, dendrological and zoological parks; (f) biosphere reserves; and (g) transboundary protected areas. Protected areas shall be constituted with the consideration of ecological, scientific and economic substantiation, and also historical and cultural value.
