Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of irrigated public land stock to category of land under perennial fruit growing species shall be prohibited”.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The list of particularly precious agricultural land areas prohibited for other uses except for agricultural production, specifying land area and location thereof shall be validated by the Regional Government”.

This Regulation determines the rules for the correct, controlled and safe use of sludge for agriculture purposes and/or related agricultural land activities and the requirements that sludge must meet in order to ensure a safe and non-harmful impact on human health, soil and environment (including the rules for frequency of sludge testing).Sludge, object of this text, is a semi-solid slurry and can be produced as sewage sludge from wastewater treatment processes or as a settled suspension obtained from conventional drinking water treatment and numerous other industrial processes.The Annex is

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest lands. In particular the replaced Annex 1 provides the list of hazardous elements and hazardous substances monitored in agrochemical testing of agricultural land and parameters monitored during soil analysis. Annex 2 describes methods used for chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of agricultural land and forest land.

This Regulation, consisting of 19 articles divided into four Chapters, regulates the Cooperation of Use of Forest Zones for Supporting Food Security. Purpose and objectives of this Regulation are: promoting cooperation in the use of forest areas to support food security as a reference for cooperating in the implementation of food crops and livestock development efforts to ensure the achievement of national food production, by applying the principles of good forestry governance.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions de l’article 32 bis à la loi n° 95-21 du 13 février 1995, relative aux immeubles domaniaux agricoles.Cette loi régularise la situation foncière des ex-coopérateurs des unités coopératives de production agricole dissoutes avant sa promulgation, contrairement aux dispositions de l'article 17 de la présente loi.Le prix de cession est fixé par trois experts. La liste des coopératives intéressées est fixée par décret gouvernemental.

This Decree, consisting of 10 articles, creates the Land Regularization Programme for Rural Land in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. This Land Regularization Programme aims at legitimizing land tenure and granting the right to use vacant rural lands, such as: those lands not included in the Union; those belonging to the domain of the State, are not used by the Public Power or intended for specific administrative purposes, and those that, not belonging to the domain of the Union, and are not in the private domain by any legitimate title.

This Act is enacted for the purposes of regulating expropriation of land, ensuring reasonable land use, safeguarding private properties and promoting public interest. Land expropriation shall be governed by this Act.To establish any of the undertakings for public interest purpose as prescribed in Article 3, the State may expropriate private land.

This Regulation aims to protect cultivated land resources and improve the quality thereof. The Regulation consists of 26 articles. The competent agriculture authorities at or above the county level shall be in charge of the protection of arable land, whose main responsibilities are prescribed in article 5. Any unit and individual shall have the obligation to protect the quality of cultivated land. The Regulation further provide for: measures to be taken for supervision and inspection; legal responsibility; etc.

The Law prescribes the procedures for the completion of land reform in rural areas, as well as the rights of use of land and the property relationship must be adjusted and disputes in issues related to land reform must be examined until the completion thereof. The norms of this Law are applicable, if it has not been specified otherwise in the Law on Completion of State and Local Government Property Privatisation and Utilisation of Privatisation Certificates.

This Act governs the leasing of farm land.The amount of rent from farm land shall not exceed 37.5 per cent of the total annual harvest of the principal product of its main crops. It shall be reduced to 37.5 per cent if the originally agreed rent is more than 37.5 per cent. It shall not be increased to 37.5 per cent if the originally agreed rent is less than 37.5 per cent.The Municipal or County (City) Government and the Village (Township,City, District) Office shall respectively set up the Farm Land Tenancy Committee.
