El Plan Nacional de Cambio Climático (PNCC) es un documento de alcance nacional que establece las prioridades del país en adaptación y mitigación ante el cambio climático, presenta la estimación general del rango de necesidades financieras para su implementación, las capacidades técnicas nacionales existentes para su desarrollo y las instituciones públicas con responsabilidades directas en su implementación. El objetivo del PNCC es construir una sociedad y una economía resiliente al cambio climático y baja en carbono.

Eprouvé par les changements climatiques, la désertification et sécheresses récurrentes, la Mauritanie a, en 2014, adopté la Stratégie et Plan d’Action de mise en œuvre de l’Initiative de la Grande Muraille Verte.

El presente Acuerdo adopta medidas de intercambio de información de manera fluida, permanente y sostenible entre las entidades públicas del orden nacional y territorial que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada (SNAIPD), para identificar escenarios de riesgo y prevenir que se configuren eventos de desplazamiento forzado.

This Act prescribes measures to prevent or combat oil pollution caused to soil, water and plant and animal life by the spillage of crude oil products derived from it, including waste. A person who stores large quantities of oil shall acquire equipment and materials to combat oil pollution. The Ministry of Environment shall be the main authority for purposes of this Act. The Act furthermore defines various duties of persons who manage or possess oil and local authorities in case of accidents involving oil and defines offences.

This Decree, consisting of 5 articles, creates the Water and Soil Conservation Policy in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, coordinated by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, in order to stimulate and promote actions aimed at soil and water conservation. This Policy aims to improve the productive, social and environmental relations.

These Regulations implement in relation to planning in Northern Ireland, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They amend the Planning (Development Plans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991 to add to the matters that the Department shall have regard when formulating its development plan policies and the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 by substituting a new Schedule 3 prescribing the substances which are hazardous substances and their controlled quantities.

This Protocol sets up Interstate council on natural and technological disasters performing the following functions: (a) assistance in organization of cooperation between the Parties in the sphere of prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof; and (b) drafting recommendations for improvement of legislation related to prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) integration of early warning systems and emergency intervention systems; (b) joint participation in the international organizations and programs; (c) liability of each Party for the outbreak and consequences of disasters; (d) prevention of the outbreak of disasters; and (e) autonomous decision-making at the national level.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional development, which is composed of ten articles and one Annex, provides details on the preparation of flood hazard maps and flood risk maps, reimbursement of expenses for their development, review and update, and designing and displaying the range of inundation area maps.

Authorised representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan have agreed on the following: 1) Demarcation of the objects of management and mutual delegation of powers between the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the present Treaty.

La Política Nacional Agraria es un instrumento multisectorial, de alcance nacional, cuyo objetivo general es conseguir el incremento sostenido de los ingresos y medios de vida de los productores y productoras agrarios, priorizando la agricultura familiar, sobre la base de mayores capacidades y activos más productivos, y con un uso sostenible de los recursos agrarios en el marco de procesos de creciente inclusión social y económica de la población rural, contribuyendo a la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional.

El presente Acuerdo expide las Normas de la Autoridad Ambiental Nacional de Desertificación, Degradación de Tierras y Sequía, que establecen su estructura, conformación y competencias en orden a combatir la Desertificación, Degradación de Tierras y Sequía (DDTS) con un enfoque de manejo sostenible de la tierra.
