Various minor amendments are made subsequent to the deletion of the word “licence” in section 2, citizens eligible under section 6, consents for changes in interests in land (sect. 35), decisions of the Minister to withhold consent (sect. 36), granting of leases subject to a development scheme (sect. 49), compensation for any loss incurred by lessee or allottee deprived of land subsequent to declaration of agricultural areas (sect. 50) and some other matters.

The Mayor, for the purpose of improvement of legal regulation of land relationship, safeguarding inviolability and protection of the right of citizens to land ownership, formation of valuable market of the plots of land, including sale and purchase, mortgage, lease of the plots of land, as well as for the stabilisation of social and economic situation on the territory of St.

This Ordinance of the Governor of Sint Maarten provides rules relative to matters of inheritance. It replaces completely book 4 and title 3 of Book 7 of the Civil Code. It concerns inheritance based on will an intestate. Various provisions concern rights in land, including usufruct and lease of land. Donation shall be effected by notarial deed.

Article 1 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall establish the modalities of calculation of land charges pertaining to regional property, and land charges for public land with undelimited property, in case of sale of land plots to lease holder upon expiry of three-year period since the moment of conclusion of lease contract on condition of purposeful land tenure”.

Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law. Amendments of the principal Law concern ownership of land by the people of Vietnam and management of land by the State (art. 1), protection of land use rights by the State (art. 3), assignment of land by the State to organizations, households and individuals (art. 4), and exemption from payment of land use levy (art. 22). Three new articles are added to the Law after article 22: they further specify when payment of land use levy is due. Four new articles are added to the Law after article 78.

The Circular disciplines the terms of payment for land rent, the right of use and the tenure both by domestic Organizations, families/individuals. Furthermore, it indicates how to calculate the rates to be paid on the basis of occupancy and activities as follows: one year land rent (VND/year) is equal to leased land area (m2 ) multiplied per land rent rate/year(VND/m2.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the Federal Acts on agriculture, rural soil and agricultural lease. In particular, the Law aims to strenghten agriculture and alpine farming, to guarantee favourable framework conditions for their development and to promote an efficient, sustainable, environment-friendly management above all through family farming.

This Act amends the Land Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: Commissioner for Land Registration, organization and procedures of District Land Tribunals, annual nominal ground rent for tenancy, security of occupancy and protection of family (farm) land, restrictions on transfer of family land, and establishment of Land Committees. New sections concern, among other things: establishment of the office of the Registrar of the District Land Tribunals, registration of District Land Tribunals and supervisory powers over land tribunals.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for decision-making related to organization and conduct of auction for sale of plot of public land pertaining to the regional ownership, auction for the right to conclude lease contract or refusal to organize and conduct auction for the aforesaid land category”.

The aim of this Regional Act is to minimize abandonment of agricultural lands in the regional territory. To this end it established the Regional Database on Agricultural Lands, which shall include all abandoned lands and pastures available for lease or concession.
