Conveyancing Act 1919.

This Act, consisting of 215 sections divided into 24 Parts and completed by nine Schedules, regulates Land Property within New South Wales. It establishes the following issues: All land shall as regards the assurance of the immediate freehold thereof be deemed to lie in grant as well as in livery. Any estate or interest that can be created by will in any chattel real may also be created by deed.

Cook Islands

These Regulations amend the Leases Restrictions Regulations 1977 by inserting new provisions in regulation 19 (added to the principal Regulations by the Leases Restrictions (Amendment) Regulations 2006) concerning grant of approval by the Tribunal to any lease or sublease or assignment of lease or assignment of sublease to. Approval may be granted to the government of New Zealand and any agency of that government at certain conditions.

This Order establishes the modalities of reforestation with a view of restoration of deforested, destroyed and damaged forest areas. The scope of reforestation shall be restoration of forest plantations, conservation of biological diversity and conservation of environmental values of forests. Reforestation shall be performed in natural, artificial and combined (combination of natural and artificial reforestation) manner. Reforestation shall be performed on (a) forest plots allotted on lease for timber extraction; and (b) on other forest plots by state bodies and local government.

The provisions of this Act shall apply only to land, interests in land, or dealings in land, registered under this Act. This Act sets forth organization, administration, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Land Registry and registrars. A Registrar of Lands shall be appointed by the Public Service Commission to manage the Land Registry in accordance with this Act. The Land Registry includes a register in respect of every parcel which has been adjudicated in accordance with the Land Adjudication Act and a register in respect of each lease required by this Act to be registered.

This Act may be cited as the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) (Amendment) (No. 3) Law of 2016 and shall be read together with the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) Law. Amendments deal with adminstrative and legal proceedings for land leasing. Article 2 of the basic law is amended by adding the following new terms and definitions of "government settlement".

An Ordinance to provide for title and registration of rights in native land. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native. The Chief Lands Officer shall appoint a native lands Registrar for every register of native lands. No lease or sub-lease of any native land shall be valid until it has been approved and registered according with the provisions of this Ordinance. The Ordinance provides also for the survey of lands.

This Federal Law establishes the right of tenants of agricultural land plots pertaining to state or municipal ownership to buy out or to conclude a new lease contract for the land plot without bidding. This is possible if the authorized bodies do not have information about the infringement of the Russian legislation revealed during the state land supervision and unresolved violations related to land use.

Guideline No.2 of 20 July 2016 on the technical criteria of pasture and meadow classification and the procedures of leasing them for livestock feeding.

This Guideline lays down the technical criteria used for the classification of pasture and meadows as well as the procedures to be followed for leasing pasture and meadow areas to individuals or private entities. The classification is used for the preparation of management plans, the update of the pasture cadaster, and the lease contracts with private users. The leasing is done in accordance with the management plans and the rules of protecting pasture ecosystems and the sustainable development of pasture resources.

Guideline No. 1 dated 9 June 2016 on the rules and procedures for examining and approving lease requests for the use of public pasture and forestry funds.

The Guideline provides for areas of the public forestry and pasture fund that may be leased according to the public competition/bidding procedures. The forestry authorities assess the forestry and pasture areas at the beginning of the year and submit the proposed list of leases to the municipality together with a detailed report on their potential use. The leases should comply with the law requirements regarding the allowed activities as well as the long- and short-term management plans.
