These Regulations provide rules relative to good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and prescribe measures for these purposes, including: periods when land application of fertilizers is prohibited; limits on the land application of fertilizers; storage requirements for livestock manure; and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality. They also concern minimization and storage of soiled water and ploughing and the use of non-selective herbicides.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Dong Nai province.The plan aims at developing Dong Nai into a province with a fast and sustainable economic growth and at improving the people’s material and spiritual life and rationally utilizing natural resources and the environment.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; urban development; management of natural resources and environmental protection; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and performance of public control as a form of public participation. Subjects of public control shall be: (a) Regional Public Chamber; (b) Public Advisory Council of the Regional Legislative Assembly; (c) public councils of the regional executive bodies; and (d) public chambers of the municipal units. Objects of public control shall be: (a) regional state bodies; (b) local government; (c) regional state and municipal organizations; and (d) other organizations performing some public functions.

Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2008 (S.I. No. 675 of 2008).

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development for which no specific application for planning permission is needed. This Order provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment including water source heat pumps and biomass heating systems. It prohibits, among other things, certain development on land within a World Heritage Site.

Order No. 314 on regulations of the Farms Act.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

Se trata de un instrumento programático de alcance nacional y relativo al período 2016-2025, cuya meta es lograr que Guinea Ecuatorial tenga las capacidades y condiciones necesarias para manejar las tierras de una manera sostenible que contribuya a aumentar la productividad y las funciones de los ecosistemas.
