This Act provides for the establishment of a Land Surveyors Board and defines its internal organization and its powers and functions.The Act provides for the registration of land surveyors and approval of assistant surveyors, for the regulation of qualifications and practice of land surveyors and for the granting of licences to corporations who want to supply survey services in Singapore.

This Act amends the National Land Code Act, 1965.Amendments include: insertion of new definitions in section 5; minor word changes and minor changes in the provisions in sections 5b, 14, 62, 80, 81, 92d, 124, 136, 140, 141, 141a, 142, 147, 204g, 254, 264a, 375, 399, 412, 426, 429a and 429b; insertion of a new Part One (C) on modifications to facilitate the implementation of the electronic land administration system; insertion of a new section 143a on powers of the State Authority in relation to applications for the partition of land subject to the agriculture category; and minor changes to

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for designating areas of protection of cultural heritage objects, including land-use planning, mapping of boundaries, and requirements for land management within the boundaries of such areas. The purpose of designating protection areas for objects of cultural heritage shall be to conserve the natural landscape and to prevent negative impacts upon the objects of cultural heritage located in their natural environment.

The Regulation, which consists of 15 articles, regulates provisions on territorial spatial planning.

The Premier decrees to complement paragraph 3 of the Regulation on compensation of damages caused to land owners, landlords, land tenants and lessees of agricultural damages with the following passage: “Land survey projects must be submitted to state ecological expertise”.

The Regulations (62 sections) are divided into 8 Parts, i.e.: Preliminary (I); General duties of surveyor (II); Measurements and calculations (III); Datum line (IV); Monuments and reference marks (V); Field notes (VI); Water as a boundary (VII); and Miscellaneous (VIII).The Regulations contain detailed provisions and procedures on land surveying, marking, calculation methods, boundaries, etc.

The Act (34 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into three Parts: Surveyors Board (I), Registration of Surveyors (II) and General (II).The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8). The Act further provides for application for registration, issue of certificates of registration and letters of accreditation, cancellation and suspension, appeals and offences. Section 26 describes the powers of the surveyors regarding entry upon land.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of re-distribution of highly productive agricultural land related to the reduction of drained and irrigated land, arable land and declassification thereof. Reduction of highly productive agricultural land areas shall be authorized exclusively because of natural disasters, hazardous environmental impact and breakage of drainage and irrigation systems.

The present Law enforces the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).The specific purpose of the Law is to create a geo-data infrastructure in Baden-Württemberg being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. In particular, the Law establishes the legal framework for the: 1) access to geo-data, geo-services and geo-spatial metadata and b) use of such data and services, and particularly for measures having effect on the environment.

This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas. Monitoring of land-use planning schemes shall include state of environment and environmental protection arrangements.

El presente Decreto aprueba las especificaciones sobre el Reglamento para la delimitación de la zona marítimo terrestre, estableciendo que solamente el Instituto Geográfico Nacional podrá atender las delimitaciones de la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre, previa presentación del acuerdo municipal para tal solicitud y además una copia del plano de la propiedad donde se desea la delimitación.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Cadastre of Immovable Property shall be the state institution responsible for keeping the cadastre of immovable property and for conducting state cadastral valuation of land, land surveys, state land monitoring and mapping.
