This Act provides for land administration and other matters relating to land, the protection of the environment and several matters relating to the conservation of wildlife and fisheries resources.The Act consists of General Administration (I); Surveys (II); Purchase and Development of Land (III); Classification and Alienation of Government Land (IV); Leases (V); Renewal of Renewable Leases and Reassessments (VI); Remissions, Revaluations, Forfeitures (VII); Conservation and Environment (VIII); Miscellaneous (IX).

A Land Survey Board is established under section 3. The Board shall be chaired by a Director of Surveys, the duties and functions of which are set out in section 11.Responsibilities of the Board are set out in section 5. The Director of Surveys shall be the custodian of the Survey Register in which surveys shall be entered (sect. 14). Other provisions of this Act concern qualification and registration of land surveyors and the practising of their profession.

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping services through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, conduct cadastral and surveying services, perform the seismic service in Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, perform research and development work in geodesy and seismology.

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of regulation of land relations. Legislative Assembly shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) adoption of legislative acts regulating land relations; (b) establishment of cases of land expropriation; and (c) establishment of minimum and maximum land areas allotted to citizens for housing construction.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization, establishment of boundaries and management regime of historical and cultural reserve of regional significance. It specifies that integral historical, cultural and natural complex requiring particular protection can be classified as historical and cultural reserve of regional significance. The grounds for such classification shall be expert opinion and its substantiation.

This Resolution is composed of 8 Sections divided into 115 articles. Section I gives terms and definitions. Section II deals with regulator requirements and conditions for the construction in residential zones of isolated villa, villa and apartments and villa and apartments in gardens. Section III and IV define regulators requirements and conditions for the construction in zones intended for commercial purposes and for expositions and exhibitions. Section V defines regulating requirements and conditions for the construction in the zone of Asseif.
