This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Cartographic and Geodetic Fund shall contain geodetic, cartographic, topographic, hydrographical, aerospace and gravimetric materials and data obtained in the course of geodetic and cartographic activity of public and intersectoral importance. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography shall be in charge of permanent storage of the aforesaid materials and data.

This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry. In article 1 the task of the Ministry regarding land survey and registration is redefined and article 2 requires the Ministry to supervise and monitor the Regional State Administrative Agencies and the Economic Development-, Transport- and the Environment Centres on matters within its competence.

This Act makes provision for the compulsory acquisition of private land by the state. Part II sets out the procedures for compulsory acquisition of land: Whenever the Minister is satisfied that the need is likely to arise for the acquisition of some particular land under section 6, the Commissioner may cause notice thereof to be published in the Gazette, and shall deliver a copy of the notice to every person who appears to him to be interested in the land (sect. 5).

Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure with a view of prevention and suppression of unauthorized transactions with land.

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Geo-Data Infrastructure Law of 15 December 2009. ). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the competent authority in Hamburg responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act is the Urban Development and Environment Office.

This Provisional Instruction establishes administrative liability for the infringement of land legislation (legislative provisions related to land tenure, land survey and land cadastre). It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons, including businesses with foreign investments, which are owners, tenants or leaseholders of plots of land. Administrative liability shall be applicable within two months from the date of commission of the offence and, in case of persistent violations within two months from the date of disclosure thereof.

These Regulations implement the Surveyors Act 1978 by prescribing fees payable to the Board of Surveyors, allowances of the members of the Board and remuneration of the examiners under the Act.

The Decree provides rules on the supply and management of data on the results of land surveys and cartography, and fees payable for the supply of data and for land surveys having special purpose, and other services offered by the competent authorities.
