The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. The text - consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: definitions, fees, annual fee adjustment, rounding, registration fee, certified copy of title following registration, fees to be posted, fee waived or reduced. One Schedule is enclosed.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District. This Order establishes the modalities of cadastral subdivision of the territory into cadastral districts and cadastral sections carried out by the territorial branches of the Federal Land Cadastre Service. The purpose of cadastral subdivision of the national territory shall be to assign cadastre numbers to the land plots determining location thereof within the boundaries of a cadastre section. Special attention in the process of elaboration of cadastre plan shall be paid to natural linear geographic objects such as natural landmarks and forest clearing.

Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information related to cadastre registration of agricultural land shall be subject to mandatory publication in the regional official gazette”.

This Order establishes the modalities of state cadastre registration of the objects of immovable property by the Federal State Registration Cadastre and Cartographic Service. Application and the respective documentation shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature. Survey map of land plot shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature of the cadastre engineer in charge.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.

El presente Decreto expide el Reglamento para la aplicación del impuesto a las tierras rurales, que considerará sujeto pasivo para su aplicación aquel que conste registrado como sujeto pasivo del impuesto predial rústico en el catastro municipal correspondiente.

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and requirements aimed to define the contents and management rules of the Croatian cadastre of electricity lines and cables.This cadastre further contains the types of lines and associated facilities already part of the state cadastre, and complete info and data collection.Cadastre management includes reviewing and validating the survey lines, data entry from the studies, and the storage and use of data of cadastral lines (data access).

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de inscripciones del Registro de Personas Jurídicas no Societarias de la Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP), que regula las inscripciones de actos relativos a las personas jurídicas distintas a las sociedades y a las Empresas Individuales de Responsabilidad Limitada.

La presente Ley crea la Dirección General de Catastro, asignándole las funciones, y estableciendo un sistema catastral y velando por su mantenimiento y actualización.
