La presente Resolución modifica el procedimiento para la obtención de la certificación del valor catastral de un inmueble, en aspectos relacionados con la adopción de un nuevo procedimiento de entrega via Internet, para la obtención de la cerificación de valor catastral de un inmueble, en papel simple y sin costo alguno para el contribuyente; establece las excepciones al procedimiento en caso de certificación requerida por tribunales de justicia.

This Order, for purposes of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, amends, among other things, the Land Registration Act and the Crofting Register (Transfer of Ownership) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 in relation to registration procedures and requirements for land registration and the registration of long leases.

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lay down provisions relating to the charging of fees for attestation, registration and research in the Register of the domain of the State. Section 2 and 3 list the amount of fees to be paid for the various services rendered.

This Decree provides that before supplying data for land surveying activity having real estate registration purpose, the congruency between data contained in the uniform real estate registration database must be verified. If the discrepancy exceeds the allowable measure, the competent land office must proceed with the verification of data. Further provisions contains detailed rules concerning types of schematic maps regarding changes, measuring activity, area calculation, marking the land parcel line, periodical on-site inspections, format of supplied data.

The present Ordinance enforces the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act of 2 May 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to geographic information and collection, managment and use of spatial data for the Canton Glarus.

Le présent règlement met en execution l’article 18 de la loi d’application de la législation fédérale sur les sites contaminés du 31 janvier 2003. Notamment, le règlement régit les émoluments requis pour les prestations du service concernant la gestion du cadastre des sites pollués. The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the official survey, geographical names and correct addresses of buildings. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 11 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Auto-tracking (3); Marking (4); Objection procedure, approval and recognition (5); Registration (6); Administration of official survey (7); Geographical names (8); Address of buildings (9); Fees (10); Final and transitional provisions (11).

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que aprueba las medidas de promoción para garantizar la seguridad jurídica de predios ubicados en determinados distritos ubicados en zonas de extrema pobreza, en el sentido de prorrogar su vigencia por tres años.
