This Order concerns licences granted under section 11 of the Beach Control Act. A licence under section 11 is granted for the use of foreshore or floor of the sea. The Order contains rules relative to an application for licences, payment of fees and powers of authorized officers to inspect protected areas to check compliance with terms of a licence. The Order further prescribes fees and forms in relation with an application for a licence and notice of an application.

These Regulations, consisting of 72 sections divided into five Parts, implement the Cullen Bay Marina Act by providing specifications on the operation of the management corporation and committee (Part 2), the duties of owners and occupiers of lots (Part 3) and on insurance (Part 4) and subdivision and consolidation of lots.

This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, authorizes the concession of public land located in maritime areas for the construction of ports and related infrastructure devoted to navigation. The concession shall last up to 60 years.

This Resolution of Council of Ministers establishes the Coastal Zone Plan (POOC) of Alcobaça-Mafra. The Regulation is composed by 5 parts and 3 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied, such as: authorised activities, pollution control, urban land management and all the sectors involved with the coastal zone management.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers amends the Regional Management Plan for Algarve (PROT-Algarve).

This Decree, composed of 40 articles structured in seven chapters, implements Act No. 7.661 on National Planning for Coastal Zone Management, PNGC. The Decree rules on coastal zone use and occupation procedures and establishes rules for the management of maritime ORLA. It defines general rules for Coastal Zone environmental Management establishing the basic provisions for the identification of policies, plans and programmes at federal, state and local levels, indicating the related competent authorities.

These Regulations provides rules for the berthing of fishing vessels. The Regulations, among other things: designate landing areas; prohibit hauling or berthing of fishing vessels outside such sites and construction of structures within sites without a permission of the Chief Fisheries Officer; prescribes fees for the use of structures and prohibits damaging of such structures.
