This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes: details on conditions of registration of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances; acceptance of results of laboratory and vegetal testing of fertilizers. The Annex contains the list of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances which must be registered.

Decree No. 33 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating sanitary regulation.

This Decree regards soil improvement, polluted soil cleanups and sanitary protection of soil. It establishes maximum allowed indices of concentration of hazardous substances in soil. The aforesaid indices have been elaborated on the basis of experimental, toxicological, hygienic and sanitary and chemical research.

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 14 articles, establishes: types of fertilizers; composition, packaging, hazardous elements and their limit values for individual groups of fertilizers and allowed offsets and limit values for farming fertilizers; taking samples of fertilizers; analytical methods of testing fertilizers and biological tests; storage of fertilizers.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the control of tillage operations. Section 2 establishes that the Council of a Rural Municipality may, and shall on a receipt of a petition signed by forty resident ratepayers requesting the council to do so, pass a bylaw providing for the regulation and control of tillage practices which, in the opinion of the Council, are liable to cause rapid soil deterioration by wind erosion.

This Act provides for the preservation of ancient and historical monuments and archaeological sites and remains of national importance and for the regulation of archaeological activities in Arunachal Pradesh.The Government will have the power to declare ancient monuments or archaeological sites, etc. to be protected monuments or protected areas. The Government may purchase, take lease or assume the guardianship of any protected monument, for its protection or preservation.

The Land and Marine Management Strategy for Grenada is a national strategy adopted by the Government of Grenada in 2011 to guide the management of the land and marine sector. The overall goal of the Strategy is to achieve integrated national development that is environmentally sustainable. The instrument seeks to develop a coherent framework with an appropriate set of strategies that will foster productive and optimal utilization of land, freshwater, coastal and marine resources in an environmental sustainable manner.

The construction, operation and maintenance of works for the removal of obstructions, improvement of rivers and foreshores and the prevention of erosion of lands by tidal and non-tidal waters shall be approved by the Marine Ministerial Holding Corporation and carried out by the Constructing Authority. For the purpose of constructing works for the improvement of rivers and foreshores, any lands may be constituted as River and/or Foreshore Improvement Districts by the Ministerial Corporation.
