Land Consolidation Act Implementing Law.

The present Law implements various articles of the Federal Land Consolidation Act in its consolidated version of 16 March 1976 (BGBl. I p. 546). The Law establishes the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement of the above-mentioned Federal Act. Article 1 establishes that the authority in charge of the new land rearrangement is the State Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Forestries. The text consists of 20 articles.

Local Improvements Act.

This Act concerns laying-out and subdivision of land for purposes of local improvements in infrastructure such as water supply and sewerage. The Act shall not apply land of a certain size intended for cultivation or pasturage. Land on the foreshore shall be subject to limitations regarding laying-out and subdivision of land and decisions regarding laying-out and subdivision of land by a local Council may be revised by the Minister.

This Legislative Decree establishes Land Use Planning within the Autonomous Region of Madeira (POTRAM). It consists of 6 Chapters defining the general acctions to be performed for the planning and development of land use and soil occupation, defense and protection of environment and natural heritage, etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions, structure of territory, zoning and classification of lands (Chap. 1); Lands to be exploited (2); Agricultural and forestry lands (3); Wildlife protected areas and ecosystem preservation (4); Pipelines (5) and Urban land (6).

This Federal Law establishes the legal basis of the activity in the field of land survey and cartography. The purpose of this Federal Law is to set up conditions for fulfilling the needs of state institutions, citizens and juridical persons in land survey and cartographic products and to create conditions for the functioning and interaction between state institutions in the field of land survey and cartography. The Law consists of 3 Sections composed of 19 articles. Section 1 lays down the general provisions.

La presente Ley, que consta de 5 capítulos, 16 artículos y 1 disposición final, entiende por suelo no urbanizable aquel que figura clasificado como tal en los planes generales o normas subsidiarias y, en defecto del plan, aquellas áreas del territorio que no reúnan las condiciones objetivas para ser clasificadas como suelo urbano o urbanizable (art. 1º).

Ley Nº 3 - Crea el Sistema nacional de vivienda de interés social.

La presente Ley crea el Sistema nacional de vivienda de interés social, establece el subsidio familiar de vivienda y reforma el Instituto de Crédito Territorial (ICT). Además, se crea el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana (Inurbe), establecimiento público del orden nacional, adscrito al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.

Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 (c. 10).

This Act makes provision for administration and enforcement in relation with the presence of hazardous substances in or over land.Various public bodies are appointed as authorities at state and local level for purposes of this Act. The Act prescribes that the presence of a hazardous substance on, over or under land requires the consent of the hazardous substances authority. For the purposes of this Act the Secretary of State shall by Regulations specify: (a) the substances that are hazardous substances; and (b) the quantity which is to be the controlled quantity of any such substance.

Act on the promotion of structural and social adjustment in agriculture in the German Democratic Republic - Promotion Act.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the adjustment of structural and social adjustment in agriculture in the German Democratic Republic. The conversion of the agricultural and food sector of the German Democratic Republic to the conditions of the social market economy with a view to the currency, economic and social union with the Federal Republic of German requires a basic change in structure to be promoted. The promotion has to consider the development of markets, as well as the objectives and requirements of land use planning, environmental protection and animal protection.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Commissioner may designate any area in the Territories as a development area where the Commissioner considers that it will be necessary in the public interest to regulate the orderly development of the area, as contemplated by this Act.
