This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: “Fazenda Santo Amaro e outros”, “Engenho Mussumbu”, “Fazenda Cambão e Riacho Fundo”, “Fazenda Alto Alegre”, “Fazenda São João da Fortaleza”. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down the method to be followed by governors of provinces to establish urban areas. A range of a sewage system finished with a sewage treatment plant has to be taken into consideration. The border should be determined along external borders of building plots belonging to the given sewage network.

These Regulations re-enact, with amendments, the Compulsory Purchase of Land Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/2145) by prescribing forms for use in connection with the compulsory purchase of land which is, and the compulsory purchase of new rights over land which are, subject to the procedures contained in the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 where the acquiring or confirming authority is the National Assembly for Wales.

These Regulations re-enact with amendments the Compulsory Purchase of Land Regulations 1994. The State fund of land use planning documentation shall be set up on the basis of data collection, processing and registration regarding the outcome of land use planning irrespectively of the location of the plots of land and the form of ownership thereof. The materials the State fund of land use planning documentation shall be accessible to the state executive bodies, local self-government, enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens.

Section 10(7) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 provides that section 10(8) of the Act shall apply if any step has been taken in connection with the preparation of any part of regional planning guidance and the Secretary of State thinks that the step corresponds to a step which must be taken under Part 1 of the Act in connection with the preparation and publication of a revision of the regional spatial strategy.
