The Decree makes provisions for the extension of peat land to one million hectares in the Province/First-Level Region of Central Kalimantan. The formulation of development programmes is entrusted to a Team for Peat Land Development. The technical implementation of said programmes shall be carried out by government agencies according to the legislation in force.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Development Facilitation Act, 1995 in relation with a wide variety of matters relative to: the development tribunal of each province as provided for by section 15 of the Act and relative proceedings that may me initiated before each tribunal including: filing of documents; application for the condonation of non-compliance; settlements; duties of tribunal officers; various applications that may be made to the tribunal; award by tribunal of land availability agreements; and service agreements.

These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the Northern Province under 27 the Development Facilitation Act, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives by all local government authorities in the province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act. These Regulations, made by the Member of the Executive Council of the North West Province under 37 the Development Facilitation Act, 1995, provide procedural rules relative to the setting and reviewing land development objectives by all municipalities for their area of jurisdiction in the North West province under supervision of the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) as provide for by Chapter IV of the Act.

This Regulation (consisting of 20 articles) establishes non-agricultural use of agricultural areas. Allocation of any land other than settlement areas for non-agricultural use is subject to consent of the General Directorate of Rural Services. Class I and Class II agricultural lands can not be used for any other purposes. Also lands that are classified as Class III and Class IV due to insufficient drainage and salinity, but that could be converted in to Class I and Class II by improving can not be used for non-agricultural purposes.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes land use planning for the Municipality of Porto. It approves the Regulation on the control, occupation and transformation of land within the whole territory of the aforesaid Municipality. It consists of 4 chapters regulating land use according to environmental requirements specified in the text (including urban land). A map is attached to the text.

This Resolution of Council of Ministers establishes land use planning for industrial area of 'Arcos' within the district of Estremoz (approved by the Municipal Assembly of Estremoz on 10 July 1998). The Annex, consisting of 5 chapters, specifies the Regulation to perform this activity and establishes the requirements to be satisfied, including those involved within pollution control (chap. 5) for land occupation, use and transformation of the aforementioned industrial area.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes the Urbanisation Planning of 'Tróia' area. It concerns the Regulation (divided into 5 chapters and 2 annexes) of land use planning within the aforementioned area, in order to protect natural resources; to valorise natural and cultural heritage; to exploit touristic sector in view of a rational development, etc. Any project (in particular for touristic purpose) shall be submitted to an environmental impact assessment programme.
