Le présent arrêté fixe la longueur de la terre des bords de lacs et rivières affectée au domaine public de l’Etat pour la protection de l’environnement. La terre des bords des lacs jusqu’à une longueur de cinquante (50) mètres est du domaine public de l’Etat.

La présente loi crée un Comité Local de Développement pour chaque District (ensemble plusieurs Communes).

Il est créé, en application de la déclaration 137 (VIII) de l'Union Africaine approuvant l'Initiative Grande Muraille Verte du Sahara, un Comité Interministériel de Pilotage de la composante nationale de ladite initiative.

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

This Act constitutes the Commission in accordance with the Constitution and provides for its structure, operations, administration, functions and powers.

This Act establishes the Tanzania Fertilizer Regulatory Authority as a body corporate and provides rules relative to the manufacturing, importation and use of and trade in fertilizers, or fertilizer supplements, e.g. growth stimulators and regulators and similar products.

This Act makes provision for the administration and procedures relative to the registration of titles in land to which this Act applies, defines the effect of registration of title, defines (special) powers of the principal registrar of titles and a registrar of titles, provides rules relative to the form and effects of transfer of title, lease, charges, power of attorney, caveats and provides

These Regulations specify the ground rents (in the First Schedule), which shall be payable by persons holding land specified in that Schedule. The fees set out in the Second Schedule shall be payable in respect of transactions in land specified in that Schedule.

This Act makes provision for wayleaves in favour of the Government on private lands for purposes of carrying out of public works and for the protection of such works on any lands. The term "private land" does not include any land sold or leased under any Act dealing with Government lands.

These Rules amend the Registration of Titles Act in the Second Schedule, which lists fees for deeds and services relating to titles in land.
