The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Surveys Act, 2000. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the submission of survey plans for approval. All plans of survey to be submitted to the Controller or the Chief Surveyor for approval must be prepared in accordance with section 10 and subsection 12(1) of the Land Surveys Regulations.

El presente Acuerdo crea el Consejo superior institucional con la competencia de formular, coordinar y dictar las políticas relacionadas con la propiedad rural, supervisar la preparación del Proyecto de Ordenamiento de la propiedad y asegurar la coordinación interinstitucional que garantice una implementación efectiva.

The present Regulation enacts section 189 of the Land Titles Act. Section 1 establishes that before a plan of a subdivision of land registered in the name of any person or persons other than Her Majesty is prepared for filing or registration in a land titles office, the registered owner shall submit to the Commissioner a sketch plan in triplicate showing the scheme of the subdivision, and the sketch plan shall show proposed dimensions of all lots, streets, and lanes.

This Ministerial Decree validates the maximum size for plots of agricultural land within a single administrative unit (city) that may be allotted: in ownership to citizens of Kazakhstan for farming; to non-public legal persons for agricultural production; and in temporary land tenure to foreigners, stateless persons and foreign legal persons for commercial farming.

This Decree contains rules relative to various stages of and the procedures for the partition of land in accordance with the Land Partition Act. It also defines the duties of local authorities in this process. The stages are, among other things, survey and mapping, the establishment of borders of land, distribution of registration numbers and assignment of an official address.

El presente Decreto Supremo reglamenta el ámbito de aplicación del otorgamiento mediante la venta directa de tierras eriazas, conforme a la 2ª disposición complementaria de la Ley Nº 26.505, modificada por la Ley Nº 27.887, para fines de pequeña agricultura y que se hará sobre tierras eriazas de dominio del Estado con aptitud agropecuaria ubicadas fuera del ámbito de los Proyectos Especiales Hidroenergéticos.

The present Regulations enact the Land Registration Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the registration of land. The text – consisting of 8 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: designation of counties, establishment of registration districts, prescribed fees and transitional provisions. Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the appropriation of lands by foreigners. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 defines the zones and areas in which foreigners (physical or juridical persons) can appropriate lands in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Articles 2 and 3 specify the conditions and requirements for the appropriation of lands by foreigners.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to land auctions regarding sale of the plots of public land or the lease right thereto and regarding the plots of non-allotted public land. Kazakhstan nationals and private legal persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions prior registration while foreign natural and legal persons, and stateless persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions exclusively if the aforesaid persons have the right to own or to have the right of lease of the plots of land destined for sale in accordance with land legislation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes basic prices for the plots of land for the concession thereof into private ownership (Annexes 1 and 2) and basic land charges for the plots of public land conceded on lease that must be equal to land tax. Annual rent rate shall be calculated as 100-120% of the basic land lease rate.
