The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official real estate valuation. The Ordinance shall apply to official estimate of land, in particular to: a) establishment of liens, b) monitoring of adequate insurance coverage of buildings against fire and natural hazards. The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Public Land Act. The Regulation focuses on three key themes: land management, compliance and enforcement, appeals and dispute resolution. The Regulation applies to provincial land managed by Sustainable Resource Development under the Public Lands Act. The new rules around recreation apply to vacant public land not held under a disposition that offers exclusive use. The Regulation does not apply to parks/wilderness areas (managed by Tourism, Parks and Recreation) or lands managed by Transportation or Infrastructure.

The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 14 May 1987. Land consolidations shall be effected in view of building land, land not designed as such shall be re-allocated. The text deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, sphere of application, cooperatives, purpose of land consolidation, survey, principles of allocation, costs, administrative proceedings, legal protection and entry into force. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Land consolidation (I); Boundary adjustment (II); Final provisions (III).

The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of the Canton Aargau of 1 December 2011. Article 1 establishes that compensation for special ecological services shall be based on agreements with whole entities or on individual measures. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Management agreement (2); Measures for the protection of drinking water resources, water or soil (3); Execution (4); Legal aid (5); Final provisions (6).

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the Act, the province is divided into eleven regions. The Regulations consists of 6 sections.

El presente Decreto establece un Programa Especial de Dotación de Tierras por el INCODER, para personas a través de la adquisición directa o expropiación de predios, mejoras rurales y servidumbres de propiedad privada o que hagan parte de entidades de derecho público.

The present Regulations are made under section 19 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act. Section 2 establishes that the areas of the Northwest Territories that are under the administration of the Commissioner and that are not part of the Mackenzie Valley unless otherwise provided for in the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act (Canada), are set apart and appropriated as a land management zone, and these regulations apply in that zone.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva que regula el procedimiento para la inmovilización temporal de las partidas de predios, que implementa un mecanismo de seguridad de inmovilización que tiene por objetivo generar el cierre temporal de la partida registral referida a un predio, hasta cumplir con un procedimiento especial de verificación de la autenticidad de títulos, o hasta que opere la caducidad del asiento de inmovilización, a fin de resguardar los derechos inscritos.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la sede de la Dirección de Políticas y Estrategias Agrícolas y la sede y jurisdicción de la Subsecretaría de Ganadería, con sede en Quito, y de la Subsecretaría de Agricultura, con sede en Guayaquil.
