The Text is divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Reconciliation and mediation (II); Right of jurisdiction and treatment (III); Evidence (IV); Legal Responsibilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).Disputes regarding rights and ownership of water conservancy mentioned in the Regulations include water conservancy ownership disputes and disputes relevant to the rights to use water resources (art. 2).
