This Act requires the Pohnpei Public Lands Trust Board of Trustees to identify and convey specified land to the Government of Pohnpei. The State Government Land Use Plan Master Plan Map,” is hereby adopted as the zoning map for the purposes of this Act.
This Chapter contains rules relative to the acquisition of real property by the government, i.e. Territory government, the district or municipal governments or the agencies created by the above enumerated governmental divisions.
This Chapter provides with some selected issues in relation with land use planning and control.
This Chapter makes provision for developmental planning in the State of Pohnpei. The Chapter requires each local government to develop a comprehensive plan for the development of the area where it has jurisdiction. A plan shall consider, among other things, the conservation of natural resources and protection of the environment.
This Chapter provides for the recording of transfers of or encumbrances upon land by the clerks of court of each district in the State of Chuuk. The Chapter also defines the effect of failure to record such transfer or encumbrances.
This Act concerns compensation for fruit-bearing trees destroyed or damaged due to work on public projects. No claim for compensation shall be paid unless the destroyed tree is certified in the manner as prescribed by this Act. Claims shall be presented to the Division of Land Management in the Department of Resources and Development in the manner as prescribed by this Act.
This Act aims at conveying title and other interest in land held by the Public Lands Trust Board of Trustees to residential lessees on eligible properties. Lessees eligible to receive title to a residential property shall apply to the Board for transfer. The Act sets out procedural requirements for the application and transfer.

The deed of trust shall secure the financing of real estate projects and transactions by the United States of America.
