Cutting a total land of 2,717 ha in Pongro commune of Rolea Bphea district, Toul Kpos commune of Tuek Phos district, and Tbeng Kpos commune of Samki Meanchey district in Kampong Chhnang province: 79 ha from former Sery Enterprise; 1,648 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; 956 ha from Mean Kor-Hun Sen Paper Tree Nursery Station; and 34 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 2,562 ha as state private land for granting donoation of ownership to 1,441 families, and reserving 155 ha as state public land.
