The present Law determines principles and organizational and legal basis of the privatization of state property. The document consists of 27 Articles Art. 1 gives definition of privatization. Article 11 imposes restrictions on privatization of state property. Article 12 classifies enterprises and objects subject to privatization. Article 13 regards ways of privatization. Art.14 regards forms of privatization. Article 15 classifies the types of transformation (constitution) of state enterprises into joint-stock companies. Article 16 regards valuation of property subject to privatization. Article 17 regards sources of finances for redemption of state enterprise by personnel. Article 18 regards privatization shares. Article 19 regards investment funds. Article 20 regards expenditure of finances accumulated as a result of privatization of state property. Article 21 regards applications for privatization of state property. Article 22 regards organization of auctions. Article 23 regards organization of tenders. Article 24 regards constitution of joint-stock companies. Article 25 regards legalization of transactions. Article 26 regards social protection of the population in the process of privatization. Article 27 regards information on the outcome of the privatization.
