This Resolution consists of 3 Chapters divided into 13 articles: Establishment and objectives (I); management and internal organization of the Authority (II); Authority’s Resources and incomes (III). The Authority shall possess juridical personality (art. 2). The Headquarters of the Authority shall be in Sana’a (art. 3). The objectives of the Authority shall be: economic, cultural and social development of the Yemeni Islands; cooperation with other Authorities in encouraging internal and external tourism investment (art. 3). The Authority shall be administered by a board (art. 5). Implementing regulations shall be issued by a resolution of the Primer (art. 11).
