Ministerial Decree No.329 of 1994 regarding validation of the Regulation on allotment of the plots of land for state and public needs.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of the institution and examination of the applications of enterprises, institutions and organizations, and also of citizens regarding concession of the plots of land out of all categories of land irrespectively of the type of ownership except for cases envisaged by the legislation. Concession of land shall be carried out in the form of allotment in accordance with decree of the Government or of the respective organ of executive power. The document consists of 6 sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of preliminary concordance of the location of the construction site. Section 3 establishes the modalities of preparation and registration of the materials for expropriation of a plot of land. Section 4 regards the particulars of the concession of land for agricultural purposes. Section 5 regards re-distribution of lands between tenants or their breaking up into smaller plots. Section 6 regards concession of land for the increase of the area of subsidiary small-holding.
