Part three of the article 141 acquires a new wording: “Land monitoring shall be carried out at the expense of state budget. The contents and the modalities of carrying out land monitoring shall be established by the Council of Ministers.” Article 143 acquires a new wording: “State land cadastre shall consist of common register of administrative and territorial, and territorial units, register of the plots of land, register of valuation of the plots of land, register of cost of the plots of land and register of land resources.” Article 145 acquires a new wording: “Objects of land survey shall be land of administrative and territorial units, inhabited areas, protected areas, areas under special state regulation determined by the national legislation, plots of land and parts thereof conceded into private ownership or lease.” Article 147 acquires a new wording: “Compulsory land surveying arrangements shall be carried out in the following cases: 1) change of boundaries of the objects of land survey or lack of data thereabout; 2) expropriation and concession of the plots of land; 3) change of destination of a plot of land; 4) transfer of land from one category into another; 5) establishment of servitude and other use restrictions; 6) exposure of disturbed land.”
