These Rules makes provision for wayleaves on Trust land for purposes of erecting or laying of electrical lines. Licences for wayleave are granted under section 38 of the Trust lands Act and shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules. There shall be a compensation paid for the wayleave in the same manner and to the same extent as if the land had been set apart under the Trust land Act and compensation were being paid under section 8 of that Act.
