These Regulations define standards and rules of conduct for professional engineers, architects and land surveyors for the purpose of guaranteeing a high level of integrity, skill and practice of these professions. Provisions concern, among other things, conflict of interest, sollication of work, advertisment and construction services. The professions shall observe the Rules of Conduct promulgated in accordance with Chapter 32 of Title 22 CGA.
