This Regulation stipulates guidance for land affairs technical consideration by setting out provisions and requirements for the use and utilization of land: as a basis for the issuance of location permits granted to a company to obtain the required land in the framework of investment; to be used for the development for public interests; and as a basis for the granting of licence to change the use and utilization of land.
