This Regulation provides for land and building title acquisition fees to enhance financial capability and independence of regions in financing the development and implementation of public administration in regions.The Regulation rules object and subject of tax, basis for imposition and procedures for collecting tax, calculation method of tax, and provision on tax period and moment and place where tax becomes due.
