The Law lays down rules and procedures for the usage and exploitation of the non-cultivated agricultural lands in order to ensure the economic functioning of the property without infringing on the lawful property rights in the framework of the sustainable rural and agricultural development. It includes the following provisions: I-General provisions, II- Determining the non-cultivated lands, III- Restarting of the land cultivation from the owner or the legal possessor, IV- Rules for renting the uncultivated agricultural lands, V-Information and monitoring, and VI- Administrative Infringements.
