This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 3 of Schedule 2. Part 3 sets out permitted development rights in relation to certain changes of use, the effect of which is that those changes of use are granted planning permission without the need for a planning application.
