This Act, among other things, amends the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 by inserting a new section which empowers the Minister to vest, after consultation with the Master and the Chief of lower courts, certain powers (any powers or functions vested in or assigned to the Master by the principal Act) in magistrates and to specify conditions to which the exercise of such powers shall be subject.
