This Law amends and supplements articles 81-83 and 86 of Law No. 10119 of 2009 with regard to the inspection rules and rules of procedure which should comply with law no. 10433 of 2011 on inspection. Both penalties and complimentary measures can be issued in cases of infringements. Inspection decisions may be appealed according to the law on inspection.
