These Measures are formulated to implement the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Text consists of 67 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Formulation and revision of the urban and rural planning (II); Implementation of urban and rural planning (III); Supervision and inspection (IV); Legal liabilities(V); Supplementary provisions(VI).The People's Government of the Autonomous Region shall arrange special funds to support the key towns of the state, the key areas and towns of the autonomous region and the poor areas to develop urban and rural planning. Chapter 3 concerns, among others, construction land planning permits, construction planning permits, rural construction planning permits, the temporary construction planning permits.
