These Regulations lay down rules for the survey of land under the Land Survey Act. They also concern recording of surveys, arbitration proceedings and determination of compensation for damages caused as result of surveys, fees and taxation and surveys of State land and surveys on behalf of the Government. Schedules C and D set out forms.
