The present Regulation is made under the Land Titles Act, 2015. In particular, the Regulation provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the aforementioned Act. The text – consisting of 6 sections – deals with the following aspects: application to bring settlement under the Act, certificate of title, approving authority, re-issuing certificates of title, subsidiary certificates of title.
